Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Jashtrix Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Jashtrix", "we", "us") collects when you use jashtrix.in, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and collect as little as we can.

What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you share: usually your name, email, phone number, what you need, an optional budget range and your message.
- Analytics, only if you agree. With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, the kind of device and browser, an approximate location (country or city) and how you reached us. It uses cookies. We don't use it to identify you, and we don't run advertising.
- Server logs. Like every website, our hosting server records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who else handles it
We use a few trusted services to run the site: our web hosting provider, Web3Forms (which delivers contact-form messages to our inbox), Google (Analytics, and Google Fonts, which serves the site's typefaces), jsDelivr (which serves the site's animation code) and WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. Some of them may process data outside India.
Cookies
The site itself works without cookies. Google Analytics cookies are only set after you click "Accept" on the cookie notice. You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link below, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we're talking with you and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless the law requires longer (for example, records of client work and invoices). Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and, if you're in the EU or UK, the GDPR), you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and only the people who need your details to reply to you can see them.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
